It's been so busy here on Stover Lane. I've been researching property values in preparation of my meeting today with the county assessor. I actually think I may have won my case. They say I will know sometime in May.

The property they compared with mine last time I was in was not used this time around. I think because I caught them in a blatant lie and they knew I would use it against them this time around....which I did :)

I asked enough questions so that next year I will be armed with even more info in my favor :)

This was actually a lot of fun!
