That's right....bicycles!
The kind that kids and adults ride.
Isn't there news everywhere saying we have to quit using gas...walk, ride your bike...whatever.
Just heard this news from Topeka, Kansas.
If you ride an unlicensed bicycle you will get a $10 ticket and $76 court costs. Thats $86 for riding your bike.
That's one way to take the fun out of bike riding.
