Homemade Noodles

During my surfing on the net I have come across quite a few recipes for homemade noodles along with the instructions on how to cut the noodles. It's the same way my mom taught me and I'm sure her mother taught her and so on down the line. It's pretty tedious.

One day I decided to use my pizza cutter instead of the tedious method. I roll out the dough, take my pizza cutter, roll it across the dough and viola! I have noodles. It's fast, it works, and the noodles taste yummy!

I'm ready for some chicken and noodles!
