It never ceases to amaze me what we can learn on this "net". So many wonderful people share their knowledge with the rest of us. Many of my favorite sites are listed on the left side.
I just came across this entry regarding celery.
In a nut shell.....plant the bottom portion of the celery stock and it will re-grow!
Who knew!??!!
I love celery.....I may never have to buy another stock of celery......EVER!!
